Lovely views, loved good and perfect setting.

The room was top quality & air-conditioned, the bed was comfy. Large and savoury breakfasts and the food was LOVELY.

Luxurious and exceptionally clean place to stay in, it has thoughtful staff in all areas. Walking distance to most sightseeings, the location is best possible close enough to the restaurant as well as centre. The breakfast is warm.

The service was excellant with parking on site.

great location but lacking a few touches

I appreciated the superb comfort of the beds with fresh bedding, made my sleep restful. The breakfast offered a variety of options that were delicious and fulfilling.

The coffee choice could be improved as mugs of coffee are not ideal for everyone's taste.

The evening live music at the bar added a wonderful vibe to our stay, and the breakfast spread was one of the best I've experienced in a hotel.

The superior king room was spacious with a comfy bed. The air conditioning was a nice perk, and the bathroom facilities were great. The location was perfect for exploring, close to the center yet quiet. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide selection, including a full english.

The hotel was only a few minutes' walk to good spots like the Shambles and the beautiful York Museum Gardens.
